Faith Formation
Lutherans believe that faith formation is a life long process. Some of us have been part of a church community from infancy and others joined as adults, but all of us journey together, growing in our understanding of what it means to follow Jesus. Faith formation comes when we intentionally put ourselves in places and practices where we are encouraged and challenged to see God at work in the world around us. Faith Formation -- or Discipleship as it's sometimes called -- means a commitment to a lifestyle modeled on seeing the world through God's eyes -- and then being willing to be let God use our hands to do God's work.
